So sinful!

I've been so bad with my eating habits the last two days. I was doing so good but I gave in to my cravings. My exercise habits have been dreadful the last two days too! Today I had a lime cooler, subway, fries, and a banana split. I feel disgusting. However, the banana split was delicious! It was worth it. Did I mention Kiah Ann made it? YUMMY!!!!

Who Is Kiah Ann?

Everyone needs a Kiah Ann. She is my Sister-in-law (it's facebook official), my workout buddy, my best friend, and she is the person who introduced me to Vampire Diaries. I spend my mornings working out with her, the days visiting her at work, and my nights watching Vampire Diaries with her. We have quite the history. We've been friends forever and we've never had any problem with our friendship. We are very similar and agree on many things. However, she is the nice one in our friendship. She can talk me out of being mad at most people and helps me realize when I am being stupid, which is all of the time! :) There is so much more I can say but I will finish it off with I love you Kiah Ann! :D

Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred

This summer I have committed to exercising. I do this every year but I know this year it will be different. I run in the morning with my little sister, Natalie, and I am currently doing a workout video, Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, with my friend, Kiah Ann! I sure hope this video works because I'm still sore and I've been doing this for two weeks. I just read over this post and I realize I sound really whiny. There is a lot of good things about this workout! I feel better about myself, really I do! I am watching what I eat and I can kind of tell a difference. The best thing about it is the fact that I get to hang out with Kiah Ann everyday! Who is Kiah Ann? I will show you... later!!! :)

The Purpose of Life is a Life of Purpose

I'm finally blogging!! This post is going to be really long and random. I hate when blog posts are not in order but I'm going to let it slide just this once! I promised my mom I would update this every once in awhile. So this one is for you mom. I recently graduated from high school. I do not like any of my pictures from graduation. So what have I done with my summer since graduating. One of the most fabulous things I've done this summer is babysit the Lokey Family! The last time I babysat them I put together a little fashion show. These kids are adorable and I hope you enjoy these pictures!

Isn't she a cutie? This is my Ally Cat! I've babysat her since she was just a little baby. She has grown into a cute little girl and it makes me terribly sad. She is a four year old who is turning five this month. Did I mention the crush she has on my ten year old brother? I wouldn't mind if she was in my family in the future! ;)
